That said, we will not replace any product that was lost in the mail or ceased in the mail for any reason whatever, or what was damages or lost by reason of your actions or failure to act, or by reasons that we cannot control or could not foresee.

We primarily use white mailer BOXES for USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship your order securely, so 99.99% of the time this is not an issue, but if your products are ever damaged during shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the picture is clear to see any damage. We will send you a replacement within 24 hours.
